Should we call it, Lara’s Purple Salad ??
I should admit it , it was delicious, the combination of ingredients was savory!!
• 1-2 c Mélange de Chou (mixture of cabbage: red and purple and some shredded carrots).
• 1/3 c Beets.
• 1/2 small Chopped Red Onion.
• 1/2 cup Cherries ?
• 1/3 c White beans
• 2 Boiled eggs?
• 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil
• 1 fresh ?
• Red Wine Vinegar
• Sumak and pink salt.
It was DELICIOUS ??
What do I get? U can always decrease the portions for less caloric intake.
