• 6 oz Salmon baked/broiled for 12 min w/Fresh garlic ( you can reduce portions size to 4 in attempt to reduce your caloric and fat intake).
• 1 c. Shredded lettuce.
• 2 tsps Fresh minced Parsley.
• 1/3 Red Onion.
• 1 large Tomato ?
• 2 Persian cucumbers ?
• Lemons ? ? ? ?
• 1/2 tbsp olive oil (you can just lemon or vinegar w/o oil to reduce fat intake).
