Canadian nutrition labels are a bit different. Omega-3 and Omega-6 Polyunsaturated fat ARE ACTUALLY LISTED on the Canadian Nutrition Facts (written in English & French).
Most Micronutrients are listed (Zinc, Manganese, Folate, All Vitamin Bs..)’, which is not a requirement in the US yet, Micronutrients that r required to be listed by FDA are Vitamin D, Potassium, Calcium and Iron per new guidelines (Vit D and Potassium replaced Vitamin A and Vitamin C as listed previously due to limited deficiencies of the latter).
” Added Sugar ” was recently added to the US label but not on Canadian labels.
